Tai Chi (or 'Taiji') has become famous for its health benefits to people of all ages and levels of fitness. It is both beautiful to watch and relaxing to perform.
A gentle, flowing form of exercise that revitalises mind and body
Although for some it's a lifetime's study, Tai Chi begins to yield its rewards quite early on. With regular practice, you should see your health slowly but steadilly improve, even when in very poor condition. Being both gentle and slow this is an exercise system that is suitable for anyone who has just a little patience.

Moving Harmony

Tai Chi incorporates ancient Chinese thought. The Yin - Yang symbol that most people will recognise is sometimes referred to simply as, 'the Tai Chi'.
The symbol represents the continual interplay of opposing yet complimentary forces. Master Lam explains this concept rather elegantly as, "Moving Harmony".
It is this balancing and harmonising effect of Tai Chi that is so beneficial to health.
