Do you teach the use of Weapons in your classes?
Wing Chun employs the use of the long pole and the double knives (which you can see pictured in the logo at the top right of this page).
Weapons training is only initiated after students have achieved a considerable level of skill with the unarmed techniques. This is necessary both from the point of view of safety and of training efficiency on the part of the student.
Whilst weapons training can be especially appealing to some students, it is worth remembering that the carrying of such items is often not only illegal, but also impractical in many situations.
