To practice Tai Chi is to learn to move in harmony with your body. This means that it can be different for everyone. Learning to fine-tune our Tai Chi to our own physical conditions and personalities is all part of the training.
The movements can be adapted to the individual
Whilst me mustn't stray too far from the original form, lest it becomes no longer Tai Chi, the movements can be tailored to suit various mobility problems whilst still providing the associated health benefits.
