Will I need special clothing or equipment?

No. I suggest that you wear something casual and comfortable.

At some stage in the future you may wish to buy training equipment, such as pads or weapons, but this is very much up to you and is not compulsory.

Many class members wear class t-shirts or hoodies but again, these are not compulsory items.
